You are invited to attend True North's new outreach program - the Seniors Culinary Circle. Established in 2010, the purpose of SCC is to bring seniors and youth together, and at the same time preserve and document our Canadian culinary heritage.

In SCC, participants contribute recipes from their personal memories and experience. These dishes are prepared by youth volunteers, documented, and served to the group at the end of each session. Our ultimate goal is to not only bring good cheer to the neighbour community, but also create a unique cookbook that will reflect our collective heritage.

The Circle meets Tuesdays for 2 hours at 4:30pm in the community room at Northlea United Church, 125 Brentcliffe Road in Leaside. The site is located 3 blocks north of Eglinton East and one block east of Laird in central Toronto. All are welcome.
